The prosecution process is oriented around a structured workflow that will ensure that the outcome from the prosecution is conclusive and accurate.  

 

Combined with the data management capabilities is the underlying workflow that documents the steps and required tasks that must be completed to ensure the successful conclusion.  The ability to assign and manage the team’s workload dynamically through the integrated nature of this workflow with its task notification options provides further flexibility to the investigation leadership.
 
Often a prosecution will involve teams of people, potentially located in different offices, cities or even countries.  It is critical to the success of the prosecution that everybody can share information in a timely and complete manner and that all team members are working with the most up to date information.  ActionStep provides the central point for the team to store, manage, share and collaborate on the information as it comes together throughout the prosecution enabling full transparency and timeliness to this data.  This is through features such as:
