We’re on the lookout for a talented Technical Writer to join our Development Team. As we embark on a multi-year technology transformation project, we need someone who will immerse themselves in our world and document our journey; extract and capture technical information from developers, capture the essence and outcomes from whiteboard sessions, write up technical discussions, and build a technical encyclopaedia of well-structured and searchable content.

What are we specifically looking for?

  • 3+ years technical writing experience in a software development environment.

  • Familiar with software languages, architectures, design patterns, database structures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to clearly articulate and communicate technical concepts precisely and succinctly.

  • You love being creative with diagrams.

  • You seek simplicity by targeting the elimination of unnecessary complexity and ambiguity.

  • Fast learner. Ability to quickly understand complex technical environments.

  • Results orientated and committed to achieving challenging objectives and delivering excellence.

  • Able to establish relationships and maintain contacts with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

  • Ability to organize and work collaboratively within a team as well as individually.

  • Any exposure to the legal sector is highly desirable.

  • Possess a hands-on, can-do, and knowledge sharing attitude. You get things done.

  • A relentless desire to continue learning and self-improvement.

  • Friendly and engaging personality.
