Why I love it
Actionstep's Web-forms features is a fantastic data capture tool for lawyers to track and keep a record of client information when starting a case. It vastly reduces time spent creating new cases and it’s fully customisable to capture any type of information.
What it does
Webforms help to receive information from new inquiries to auto-populate new contact and matter records.
When a prospect submits a webform, instant alert emails are sent out to relevant staff ensuring that no important information is missed. Submissions are automatically monitored once a form has been submitted and until it has been processed and responded. Response times are measured, increasing the chance of securing new clients.
How it makes a difference to law firms
Webforms are highly beneficial and time-saving as data entry is collected online, giving staff more headspace to focus on other valued work. Also, it enables clients to reach out to a firm at any time.
Plus, it's quick to process and when built-in with workflow it can help automate client interactions, leading to increased productivity.
