Simplified workflow for a variety of matters

This is a simple workflow for a variety of matters. It is a useful starting point, however for specialised matter types we suggest that you use add-ons that have been developed with more specific and detailed workflows.

This add-on comes with a list view that allows you to sort and filter matters by “Engagement Type”. The Engagement Type is custom data field which provides for a simple classification system. You can customise the choices for this fields if you have Administrator permissions. This version includes engagement types that are typical of NZ/AU/UK law practices.

Document Templates

This add-on comes with a few basic document templates which you can customise to suit your needs:

Engagement letter and fee arrangement
Non-engagement letter (generic)
Non-engagement letter after review

You can use these templates as a starting point to create new templates of your own, or you can engage an Actionstep Certified Consultant to do this for you.
