Being part of the Customer Growth team means growing the Actionstep UK customer base by ensuring that all enquiries that are received are dealt with efficiently and outbound campaigns are supported and promoted.

To work in this role, we are ideally looking for:

Technology:

  • Has a successful background in sales for a SaaS technology company and a strong personal interest in technology
  • Has a knowledge of SaaS products and their implementation
  • Comfortable with online tools such as Google Sheets, GotoMeeting, and CRM software
  • Experience using sales enablement tools (like Hubspot)

Logic:

  • Effective objection handling skills
  • Detail and accuracy focus
  • Ability to take initiative and think on your feet

Attitude:

  • Friendly and works well in a small team environment
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of initiative and strives to be efficient
  • Is keen to learn and take initiative in a self-directed environment

Communication:

  • Is a great communicator with a high degree of written literacy
  • Can tailor communication style to suit the needs and style of each customer

Professional & Technical Experience / Capabilities that would be highly regarded:

  • 1+ years in a previous SaaS technical support role
  • 1+ years in a legal or legal tech sector role
  • A University degree or diploma in an information technology or business-related field

  • Working within a young team looking to expand our client base and make a name in the UK legal market.
