Being part of the Customer Happiness team means looking after our UK clients, making sure they get the most out of the system and have all their questions and queries resolved positively and concisely.

To work in this role, we are ideally looking for:

Technology:

  • Has a successful background in customer support and troubleshooting for a SaaS technology company and a strong personal interest in technology
  • Good communication skills via email and experience of managing website chat client engagement

Logic:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Effective objection handling skills
  • Detail and accuracy focus
  • Ability to take initiative and think on your feet

Attitude:

  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a small team
  • Strong work ethic and strives to be efficient
  • Keen to learn and adapt in a self-directed environment

Communication:

  • Is a great communicator with a high degree of written literacy
  • Can tailor communication style to suit the needs and style of each customer

Professional & Technical Experience / Capabilities that would be highly regarded:

  • 1+ years in a previous SaaS technical support role
  • 1+ years in a legal or legal tech sector role
  • A University degree or diploma in an information technology or business-related field
  • Previous experience of accounting or bookkeeping processes and software
