What starts out as a routine matter can suddenly become sensitive as new information is received. For example, a complaint is lodged about one of the staff members on the case, or very personal information about your client is disclosed.
Now you can instantly mark an matter as “Restricted” which will override all other permissions and limit access to a defined list of individuals. Not even system administrators will have access to the matters if they are not included on the list. The matters will not show up on search results and will effectively “disappear” from the system for anyone other than the users on the restricted access list (until such time as the restriction is removed).
