Actionstep uses the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to provide you with a secure and scalable platform. AWS and Actionstep work closely to ensure your data is kept safe and secure. You can read the AWS security specifications here.
With Actionstep, there’s no need to worry about backing up your data – it’s done automatically. You can also request a full copy of your data and documents whenever you like.
All data transmitted between you and Actionstep is encrypted as it travels through the internet.
As an administrator, you can specify who has access to your system, the complexity requirements of passwords, when they expire, and whether old passwords can be re-used. You can also limit user access to certain hours of the day and from approved locations.
As an administrator, you can control what parts of the system users can access, and what operations they can perform on the information (read, write, edit, delete).
Audit trails and session logs record user activity and changes made to the data by each user.
