The matter includes a four step workflow, a custom list to report on EPoA matters and uses the secure document exchange to share the documents with the clients. The add-on also includes a list view for EPoA matters, which displays the details and status of all the EPoA matters.
This workflow takes the user through the typical steps involved in EPoA. The tasks allow recording of time against the tasks for each step.
Secure Document Exchange (SDX)
The workflow uses Actionstep’s built-in secure portal to share the completed documents with your clients. When a client is granted access to a matter, they will be able to see the documents you have granted them access to. An audit trail is maintained of all access to the documents.

The documents are designed to add the relevant participants from the Actionstep matter. These documents adjust to incorporate multiple attorney successor attorneys and adjust all the relevant pronouns. The templates also add the correct execution fields as required.
The content of these documents is taken directly from the New Zealand Legislation website for Protection of Personal and Property Rights (Enduring Powers of Attorney Forms) Regulations 2008.
These templates include all the optional clauses from the legislation so the drafter only needs to remove the unnecessary clauses.
