Manually entering firm withdrawals and deposits in both Actionstep and Xero is a thing of the past. Now, these transactions are pushed automatically between systems—no extra work is required. 

When you create, edit, or delete a firm withdrawal or deposit in Actionstep, the matching transaction in Xero updates instantly. The result? Fewer errors, no double entry, and smoother reconciliation for your accounts team. 

Flexible Financial Management: Edit Invoices Without Unlinking from Xero 

We’ve streamlined how financial records sync between Actionstep and Xero. You can now adjust items—such as moving them back to draft or deleting them—directly in Actionstep without first unlinking them from Xero. 

This enhancement removes extra steps and reduces the need to jump between systems. When changes are made, Actionstep automatically updates Xero by voiding or replacing the corresponding record. Your billing processes stay clean, simple, and fully aligned.

Enhanced Data Syncing: Keep Client, Matter, and Payment Details Aligned 

Our newest update expands the integration to include more data syncing between Actionstep and Xero—covering invoices, payments, and related client or matter details.
