Chase late payments automatically: Collection agents remind, chase and escalate on outstanding bills, in your firm’s own language and tone. You decide which clients each agent covers, how often it follows up and when it escalates.
Payments reconcile in Actionstep: When a client pays, Adfin records a client receipt against the bill in Actionstep. There’s no need to post or reconcile payments manually.
