Actionstep's 2021 Highlights

At the end of the year, we think it’s a great exercise to reflect on what we’ve learned and how we’ve grown. So before we officially say goodbye to 2021, we wanted to share some of our highlights and team accomplishments here at Actionstep.

2021 by the Numbers

This year Actionstep reached (and surpassed!) several very exciting milestones.

15,000+ Subscribers

This might be our favorite 2021 stat: Actionstep reached 15,000 subscribers (and counting)! We are so grateful to all our new subscribers and those who have been with us through the years; it's truly an honor to be along for all of your journeys as law firms.

276 Development Releases

We are always thinking of ways for you to use Actionstep more intuitively and effectively, so our product team has been very hard at work anticipating and meeting the needs of the law firms we serve. Many of these updates focused on Accounting, Billing & Trust (ABT) and Usability, which were two core themes for Actionstep's development in 2021.

44 New Actionsteppers, 1 New Office, 5 New Partners

This was a huge year of growth for the Actionstep team. Not only did we bring in 44 new team members around the world, we also opened a new office in Denver, CO. We have an incredibly talented group bringing expertise in engineering, product development and customer success, sales, finance, marketing and people leadership. Actionsteppers work across three continents and many time zones.

This year we had the chance to connect as a team for a number of fun activities, including tree planting, dumpling making, and even axe-throwing (no Actionsteppers were harmed!). We are excited for even more opportunities to get together in person in 2022.

2,500+ Webinar Registrations

We also kept in touch with new and potential subscribers through 34 webinars with more than 2,500 registrations. Keep an eye on our webinar schedule to see great new live and on-demand webinars coming up in 2022.

8 Major Events

We love any opportunity to connect with the legal community at large, especially when we can do it in person. The Actionstep team attended a number of events this year, including ALA US, LegalEx UK, and Lawfest NZ.
