Actionstep integrates with Kenect because we know texting is often the preferred communication method for law firm clients. This integration allows for two-way text communication between firms and their clients. Keep track of every text communication that has been sent and received in Actionstep, where all your other client information and communications are stored. Texts can be sent from a computer or mobile and you also have the option to set up text message templates and set texts to automatically send on a step change in Actionstep.
