Konekta Data Sync automation Add-on for Actionstep:

Provides a daily sync from the Actionstep Data Exporter service
Removes the need to manually download from Actionstep and load into your local SQL database
Gives you the ability generate up to date reports
Automates a download from Actionstep’s ‘Data Exporter Service
Automatic extraction and decompression
Uploads raw data into Microsoft Azure SQL database

The following data can be exported:

Matters (includes metadata such as the date created, type, current step, last activity, etc)
Participants linked to a Matter
Names of Matter types (workflows)
Custom values for contacts that are saved to a matter or to the contact record
Client billing invoices, including amounts, status, etc
Fee and expense allocation to fee earners on billing invoices
Contact record linked to matters and time entries
Time entries
List of participant types in the system
A separate table is created for each custom data collection, defined for each matter type (also known as a workflow)

Konekta’ data exporter Add-on for Actionstep is $125 per month.

Actionstep’s Data Exporter service requires additional subscription charges of $99 per month- please contact Actionstep regarding this.
A self-hosted Azure Database requires Konekta to have full admin rights to the database.
On-premise SQL server options are available, and may include additional charges.
Price is in AUD and includes GST and is based on a database of up to 100 users.
A 12-month subscription minimum applies.
