Company Overview
Legal Tech Consulting Ltd combines hands-on legal office experience with software development expertise to help law firms get the most out of their systems — and build the tools those systems don’t provide out of the box. We understand how a law firm actually runs day to day, which shapes everything from how we migrate a firm’s data to how we design the workflows and templates that follow.

We’ve been an Actionstep partner since 2021, and in that time have migrated a number of law firms onto the platform, supported them on an ongoing basis, and customised their PMS to fit the realities of day-to-day law firm life — document assembly templates, folder and workflow structures matched to how the firm operates, and calculated merge fields for matter-specific logic like interest and cost calculations. We also deliver staff training on Actionstep and NetDocuments.

We also design and build bespoke software for law firms: our own AI-powered practice management platform, PracticeFlow, extends Actionstep and other systems with matter-specific automation across areas like conveyancing, estate planning, trust accounting, employment, immigration, and civil litigation — AI-drafted correspondence, court-ready documents, and automated client billing narrations. Where an off-the-shelf module doesn’t exist, we build one.
